Can dermabrasion help me with my acne scars?

First you have to know that dermabrasion is a real shit technique. All it involves is using a rotary device with a brush (like a sand brush) over your skin. It only works well for minute superficial skin lesions. It may help smooth out very superficial skin lesions. As far as acne scars are concerned, it is a waste of money and will make you look hideous. I definitely do not recommend.  I think it is a rip off. By the way, the many types of home dermabrasion devices are definitely not recommended. They do not work and can mess up your face even more.
